Information channel (whistleblowing)

Cavero Montoro, S.L. (hereinafter Más Fácil Inmobiliarias) makes this channel available to you to report, in a confidential and also anonymous manner, criminal or administrative offenses serious or very serious, as well as regulatory violations (including PBC/FT) detected in a work or professional context.

Who can report?

Workers, former workers, self-employed, interns, candidates, agents and collaborators, suppliers and other persons with a professional relationship with Más Fácil Inmobiliarias.

How can one report?

In person

At the request of the whistleblower, we will arrange a meeting within a maximum of 7 days. Request it at lucia@masfacil.net or calling 677495501.

Deadlines and follow-up

  • We will send an acknowledgment of receipt within 7 calendar days from receipt.
  • We will issue a response on the actions within a maximum of 3 months (extendable in particularly complex cases).
  • We may request additional information and provide a secure communication channel, even if your communication is anonymous.

System guarantees

  • Confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and the affected persons.
  • Prohibition of retaliation and support/protection measures when applicable.
  • Data protection: Data (if any) will be processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws. See our Privacy Policy .
  • Scope of the channel: This is not a commercial complaints box. For customer complaints, use Customer Service .

External channels

In addition to this internal channel, you can contact the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection (AAI) or, if applicable, the competent authority in your autonomous community, following the procedures published on their electronic platforms.
